Welcome to kiddingU. By using kiddingu.in or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate information when placing an order and not to misuse the website.

2. Products and pricing

We try to show products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly, and some items are sent in assorted or random colours as mentioned on the product page.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud.
We accept online payments (UPI, cards, wallets, netbanking) and Cash on Delivery on eligible pincodes.
Discount codes can't be combined unless stated, and some products, such as bundles, may be excluded from certain offers.

4. Shipping, replacements and cancellations

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. We offer replacements only, not returns, as explained in our Replacement Policy. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

5. Toy safety

Please check the age guidance on each product before buying.
Some toys contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years because of choking hazards.
Young children should play under adult supervision. Inspect toys regularly and stop using any toy that is damaged.
Keep batteries and packaging away from small children.

6. Intellectual property

The kiddingU name, logo, designs, images and content on this website belong to kiddingU or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, kiddingU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
