We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders of ₹499 and above
A flat ₹49 shipping charge on orders below ₹499
Cash on Delivery is available on most pincodes with no extra COD fee

Delivery timelines

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
Most orders are delivered within 4 to 8 working days of placing the order.
Deliveries to remote areas, North-East states, Jammu & Kashmir and islands may take a few extra days.
Festive seasons, weather, strikes or courier delays can occasionally add time. We'll keep you posted if that happens.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS. You can also email support.kiddingu@gmail.com with your order number for an update.

Multiple packages

Orders with several items, including bundles, may sometimes arrive in more than one package. You'll receive tracking for each package.

Address and delivery attempts

Please make sure your address, pincode and phone number are correct. The courier will try to deliver up to 3 times. If the order can't be delivered because of an incorrect address or the recipient being unreachable, it will be returned to us.

Damaged packages

If the outer package looks damaged when it arrives, please record an unboxing video while opening it. You'll need this video to request a replacement under our Replacement Policy.
