We want every unboxing to feel like a birthday. If something's not right, we'll fix it.
- 7-day window: Raise a request within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, missing or wrong items.
- Unboxing video: Please record a short video while opening the parcel. It helps us approve claims quickly.
- Replacement or refund: We'll send a replacement or refund you in full once the claim is approved.
- Refund timelines: Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
Not eligible: used or opened hygiene items (bath toys, plush once used), puzzles with missing pieces after opening, and change-of-mind returns.
